Each filtration module in a disposable deep filtration membrane pack is composed of two completely independent layers of filtration materials, usually with the upper layer of filtration material having a more open filtration aperture than the lower layer. This composite structure design improves the pollutant holding capacity of each filtration unit, avoids premature clogging of the filter, and effectively extends the load capacity of the membrane pack.
The main use of disposable deep membrane packaging is for clarification, filtration, and removal of impurities during cell culture harvesting. In addition to being used alone, WeC] ear disposable deep membrane packs can also be combined with centrifugal or tangential flow filtration for separation and purification in downstream processes. By utilizing the positive charge adsorption ability of WeC] ear filter material, impurities such as HCPs, DNA, polymers, viruses, endotoxins, etc. can be effectively removed. Its excellent filtering performance is also commonly used for clarifying the low pH solution after antibody affinity capture
